Dates and venue of the 2024 Congress

The CIDAE 2024 will take place from Friday December 13 th to Saturday December 14th at in the Shed in Tour&Taxis in Brussels.

No, it is not possible to register for only 1 day. The congress takes place over 2 days.

We accept modern credit/debit cards, namely 3D secure (VISA – MASTER CARD – AMERICAN EXPRESS) + Bancontact + KBC + Belfius and online bank transfers (SEPA). Mollie is our payment gateway provider.
Depending on the choice of payment method, transaction fees will be added to the total of your order. These fees are imposed by online payment organizations (these are fixed fees and variable fees in %: example: €0.5 + 1.8%).
In case of payment by Bank transfer (SEPA), you have 10 days to pay into the account (you will receive the information by email). Beyond this deadline, your registration will not be taken into account and will be canceled. You will then have to start registration again if you are still interested in registering.

The possibility of paying by bank transfer will be deactivated on November 1, 2024. From this date it will therefore no longer be possible to pay with this payment method which takes more time to be executed and therefore more time to validate your registration. This is to allow us to better organize the list of participants. Thank you for your understanding.

  1. You choose the ticket(s) you need.
  2. You add them to your cart by clicking on the “Book Ticket” button
  3. On the shopping cart page, you check that your order is correct and then proceed to checkout
  4. On the checkout page you have two options:
    1. You already have an account on this site: then log in so that your purchase is associated with your existing account and then complete the billing or participant form.
    2. you do not have an account on this site: then simply complete the checkout form (billing + participant section). An account will then be automatically created for you (the information for this account will be sent to you by email)
  5. Finalize your registration/purchase : choose the payment method and validate the payment as requested (you will then be redirected to the Mollie payment platform to make the payment and then you will return to our site automatically).

At no time will we have possession of or store your payment card number. This exchange takes place on Mollie’s secure platform.

Yes, your registration order confirmation, your ticket and your invoice will be sent to you by e-mail to the address you gave when you registered.
All communications concerning your registration are and will be made by email with the address [email protected]. Please make sure that our emails do not arrive in your spam or junk folder.

You will also find your order, your ticket and your invoice in the My account section of this site once your purchase is completed.

Enrolment is open only to students enrolled in a faculty of dentistry (2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th year or thesis and interns), on presentation of proof of enrolment valid at the time of enrolment.

At the reception desk from Friday 08 am using the confirmation email with the QR code.

The INAMI/RIZIV accreditation only concerns Belgian participants who participated in the congress as a Dentist. They will have to register their presence at the end of each day by having their badge scanned (more information will be given to you on site).
We will send by e-mail to Belgian dentist participants 2 links (1 for each day) which will allow them to complete the congress assessment forms and thus obtain their accreditations. A copy of this accreditations will then be sent to them by e-mail and we will then encode their participation in the Inami/Riziv database (please note that there is a maximum period of 2 months after the congress to complete your accreditations request. After this period, it will no longer be possible for us to encode your participation into the Inami/Riziv database)

When finalizing the ticket purchase on this site, Belgian dentists must provide us with their INAMI/RIZIV number. Please understand that it is impossible for us to encode, validate and track your participation in the congress if you do not correctly communicate your INAMI/RIZIV number.

No, to be able to purchase a ticket for the gala evening, you must have purchased at least one ticket as a congress participant

In very rare cases, our emails may not be delivered to you. First, check your spam/junk email directory to see if our emails are not there. Otherwise, you can then either connect to your account on this site to find your documents or as a last resort contact us at the email address [email protected] explaining your problem and possibly providing us with proof of payment for your registration.

In the event of cancellation of the training by the buyer, Dental Organization asbl reserves the right to charge the buyer cancellation fees calculated as follows:

• cancellation more than 2 months before Congress (before october 13th) : 10% of the amount already paid by the buyer less refunds transaction fees.
• cancellation less than 2 months before Congress (after october 13th and before november 13th) : 50% of the amount already paid by the buyer less refunds transaction fees.
• cancellation 1 month or less before Congress (after november 13th) : 100% of the amount already paid by the buyer ( = no refunds).

Cancellations must be justified and sent to Dental Organization asbl by email to the following address [email protected]

In the event of cancellation of the training by the organizer and/or at the request of the competent authorities, Dental Organization asbl will offer 2 possibilities to conference participants:

1. A full postponement to the next Congress, with equal service, as soon as it is re-scheduled;
2. A full refund of amount already paid less transaction fees paid upon presentation of proof of payment by the Congressman.
