Terms and conditions

By registering online on the site https://booking.cidae.be, the participant certifies that he accepts these general conditions of sale and registration without reservation. Online registration and the Congress regulations constitute a contract between the undersigned.

Article 1. General provisions

1.1 – Acceptance of the general conditions

The buyer declares to have read the general conditions of sale and to accept them without reservation before placing an order.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale and registration in force.

1.2 – Purpose

1. The organization by Dental Organization asbl entitled “International Adhesive and Aesthetic Dentistry Congress” (CIDAE) for the benefit of the buyer. These general conditions of sale and registration determine the conditions applicable to the training services provided by Organization during the International Adhesive and Aesthetic Dentistry Congress (CIDAE)

2. The International Adhesive and Aesthetic Dentistry Congress (CIDAE) is a training day (2 days) reserved for professionals in the oral and dental sector (dentists, dental assistants, prosthetists, dental students, etc.)
It brings together the interventions of several professionals in the dental field around themes relating to their professional practice.

3. The International Adhesive and Aesthetic Dentistry Congress (CIDAE) is organized by Dental Organization asbl on December 13 & 14, 2024 starting at 8 a.m. in Brussels, Belgium.

4. The buyer declares to use a personal, professional and valid email address for their registration.

Article 2 – Registration conditions

Registration is done via the following dedicated e-commerce platform: https://booking.cidae.be

Final validation of registration is made upon receipt of payment which leads to acceptance of these general conditions of sale and registration.

Payment is made only by:
Modern credit/debit cards i.e. 3D secure (VISA – MASTER CARD – AMERICAN EXPRESS – CB) + Bancontact + KBC + Belfius and online bank transfer (SEPA)
The number of places being limited, registrations are made within the limit of available places and in order of receipt of payments, the time stamp of payment by transfer or payment by bank card being taken as proof.

2.1 – Payment methods:

For your convenience, we offer several payment methods. All orders can be paid online via the Mollie payment gateway. The following methods are accepted (depending on your choice, transaction fees will be added to the amount of your order):

– BANCONTACT : ( +0,39€ per transaction) – Refunds: 0,25€
– KBC/CBC : Payment Button ( +0,25€ + 0.9 % of the total amount / per transaction) – Refunds: 0,25€
– Belfius Direct Net : ( +0,25€ + 0.9% of the total amount / per transaction ) – Refunds: 0,25€
– Bank and credit/debit card : 3D Secure – VISA – MASTERCARD – AMERICAN EXPRESS – CB ( +0,25€ + 2,90% of the total amount / per transaction) – Refunds: 0,25€ – Chargebacks: 25,00€
– Online direct Bank transfer (SEPA) : ( +0,25€ per transaction) – Refunds: 0,25€

When your online payment is accepted, 2 emails will be sent to you.

– One email with the details of your order and your invoice (pdf file attached).
– One email with your ticket(s) (pdf file attached).

If your payment choice is online bank transfer (SEPA), you will receive in a first time 2 emails:
– One email with the details of your order.
– One email with the banking information to make the payment as well as the deadline by which your payment must be in our account.

Then, upon receipt of your payment (delays are longer than card payments, around 3 to 5 days), we will validate your registration. You will then receive.

– One email with your invoice (pdf file attached)
– One email with your ticket(s) (pdf file attached)

You will need to pay into the account of our payment partner called Mollie. You have 10 days for your payment to be in our account. Beyond this deadline, your registration will not be taken into account and will be canceled. You will then have to start registration again if you are still interested in registering.

The possibility of paying by bank transfer will be deactivated on November 1, 2024. From this date it will therefore no longer be possible to pay with this payment method which takes more time to be executed and therefore more time to validate your registration. This is to allow us to better organize the list of participants. Thank you for your understanding.

Please print the ticket(s) and present them on the day of the conference.

Article 3 – Prices

1 : Ticket for dentist:

from  Feb. 15th, 2024 to May 30th ,2024 : 740€
from June 01th 2024 to Sept. 30th, 2024: 840€
from Oct. 01th 2024 to Nov. 15th, 2024: 940€

2 : Ticket for dental Technician:

from  Feb. 15th, 2024 to Sept. 30th, 2024 : 485€
from Oct. 01th 2024 to Nov. 15th, 2024: 545€

3 : Ticket for dental Assistant:

from  Feb. 15th, 2024 to Sept. 30th, 2024 : 485€
from Oct. 01th 2024 to Nov. 15th, 2024: 545€

4 : Ticket for dental Student:

from  Feb. 15th, 2024 to Sept. 30th, 2024 : 300€
from Oct. 01th 2024 to Nov. 15th, 2024: 365€

5: Gala evening (the diner+the show+the party) : 145€
6: Gala party (the party only) : 25€

Each registration is only valid for the event covered by these General Conditions of Sale and Use.
This registration price for the CIDAE Congress includes: 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 4 coffee breaks and a afterworks party the friday 13th.
Dental Organization asbl undertakes to provide you with a certificate of participation and/or an invoice.

Article 4 – Cancellation conditions

In the event of cancellation of the participation by the buyer, Dental Organization asbl reserves the right to charge the buyer cancellation fees calculated as follows:

• cancellation more than 2 months before Congress ( before october 13th) : 10% of the amount already paid by the buyer less refunds transaction fees.
• cancellation less than 2 months before Congress ( after october 13th and before november 13th ) : 50% of the amount already paid by the buyer less refunds transaction fees.
• cancellation 1 month or less before Congress ( after november 13th ) : 100% of the amount already paid by the buyer ( = no refunds).

Cancellations must be justified and sent to Dental Organization asbl by email to the following address [email protected]

In the event of cancellation of the congress by the organizer and/or at the request of the competent authorities, Dental Organization asbl will offer 2 possibilities to conference participants:

1. A full postponement to the next Congress, with equal service, as soon as it is re-scheduled;
2. A full refund of amount already paid less transaction fees paid upon presentation of proof of payment by the Congressman.

Article 5 – Modifications

These General Terms and Conditions may be modified by the seller without notice. The General Terms and Conditions applying to a sale are those which are in force at the time of validation of the associated order.
